Rainbow Cookies!!
OK - so they are not the traditional "rainbow cookie" colors but they were still sooo delicious! I only make these a couple of times a year - These were for Halloween/Fall - I'm sure all who got a taste liked them!
Moist almond cookie with lots of raspberry in between each layer and then covered in chocolate and sprinkles !!
The next time I'm making these is around Christmas - so if you want them added to your cookie platters let me know!!
