I made these for fun ... I call them Zucchini bread cookies with cream cheese icing for a filling
I had extra roasted walnuts left over from the previous recipe and decided there was some walnuts in the mix already - so why not roll the cookies in the walnuts
Just like Zucchini bread but disguised as a cookie - YUMMM!
